Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LOAI Rollover RO accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when an authorized user connects Google Drive.
1. Application and operator
LOAI Rollover RO is a private, owner-operated continuity utility provided by Lord of AI. It retrieves designated files from Google Drive and verifies their integrity before they are used to continue an existing work session.
2. Google user data accessed
The application requests the Google Drive read-only scope. When directed by an authorized user, it may access file identifiers, names, sizes, checksums or related metadata, and the contents of specifically designated continuity files.
The OAuth application cannot create, modify, move, share, or delete Google Drive data.
3. How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide the visible continuity function requested by the authorized user: retrieving a designated file, validating its expected identity and integrity, and returning the verified result or a safe failure status.
Google user data is not used for advertising, user profiling, creditworthiness, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
4. Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored locally on an operator-controlled device and are not intentionally placed in public pages, chat messages, shared Drive folders, or public logs. The application does not maintain a separate cloud database of Google Drive file contents.
Non-secret operational records may retain file identifiers, filenames, byte counts, SHA-256 values, timestamps, and success or failure status for security, integrity, and audit purposes. These records do not intentionally include OAuth secrets or complete file contents.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold. It is not transferred to third parties except when necessary to provide or secure the application, when the user explicitly directs it, or when disclosure is legally required. Any service provider involved must process data only for the stated application purpose and under appropriate safeguards.
6. Security
The application uses least-privilege authorization, explicit integrity checks, local credential storage, access restrictions, and safe failure behavior. No system is completely secure, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are maintained for the sensitivity of the data involved.
7. User control and deletion
Users may revoke the application's Google Account access at any time in their Google Account security settings. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion of retained operational records, or privacy questions can be sent to privacy@lordofai.cz.
8. Google API Services policy
LOAI Rollover RO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above will be revised when a material change is published.
